Lisa Nolan - EQF L4 Advanced Diploma in Pilates Instruction & BSc (Hons) Athletic Therapist + Trainer

After completing her primary and secondary education solely through the Irish language (hence the name ‘Croí’ - Irish for heart), Lisa attained a 1st class Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Therapy from Dublin City University from 2008-2012. She then went on to complete a 1st class Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations and Events.

After 15 successful years of working in the Irish media landscape as a model + presenter and then a pr, marketing, advertising and events specialist, Lisa returned to her original passion for movement and the human body. She completed an EQF 4 in Pilates instruction , the highest possible qualification in Ireland and the EU for pilates instruction. Lisa’s passion for creating strong, sculpted, balanced bodies + minds is evident in all of her work and classes.

Lisa’s degree in Athletic Therapy qualifies her as a specialist in preventing, assessing, treating and rehabilitating acute injuries or chronic issues and pain alongside prenatal and postnatal needs. With two little girls who are 1 and 3, Lisa also has a keen interest in helping Mums as they journey through pregnancy and the postnatal transition into motherhood. She believes that Pilates can be a huge help to release stress, repair and rebalance the body + mind.

Lisa’s love of Pilates began in college and has stayed with her throughout her life stages , from modelling right through to motherhood and beyond. She has a wonderful insight into the needs and wants of the many seasons of life including injury management, pain management, pre/postnatal, and general life and body goals!

‘Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.’
