Pilates Classes
General - All Levels
These classes are designed to fit seamlessly into every stage of your lifestyle while building a genuine love for the power of Pilates. These sessions welcome anyone wishing to begin or advance their Pilates journey, with the added motivation of seeing real, noticeable results along the way. All classes are led by an instructor holding the Advanced Diploma in Pilates Matwork (EQF Level 4, accredited by REPS Ireland) — the highest official Pilates qualification in Ireland and Europe.
The focus is on working toward personal body goals through intelligent movement, lengthening and strengthening the muscles to create the ‘signature Pilates look’. Improved posture, reduced chronic pain and better alignment are all core benefits you can expect as your practice develops.
Pregnancy Pilates
We will work on the pelvic floor muscles and core strength along with breathing techniques in preparation for birth. A great way to meet other expectant mums and work on maintaining fitness and body goals throughout pregnancy. Safe from the very start of pregnancy right through until birth (pending medical clearance and feeling well enough to exercise)
Baby and Me Pilates
Mums and their babies (any age up until walking) are welcome to this class, from 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance to exercise and feeling ready and well enough to do so. We will work from the basics, to strengthen and reactivate core and pelvic muscles whilst working towards post baby body goals. This is also a great opportunity to find your new ‘community’ and make new pals! Some private insurance plans offer money back on these classes.
We also welcome any parent / caregiver / guardian to this class with their baby!

Athletic Therapist
Lisa has an honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training & Therapy, from Dublin City University. Her knowledge lies within preventing, assessing, treating and rehabilitating injuries or chronic issues.
One to Pilates Sessions or Private Groups
Discover the transformative power of a strong, balanced body. We offer one to one sessions in your own home which may suit those who want a more tailored and private experience. Suitable for those recovering from injury, dealing with chronic or acute pain, pre/postpartum or those on a specific fitness journey.

Lisa worked in the Irish modelling + media scene for over 15 years and has professional training and experience in TV, Radio, Shoots, Events and Public Speaking.
Lisa’s extensive media experience, in front of Lens and behind the scenes, combined with her knowledge and passion for the human body, movement, health, wellness, family life and fitness allows her to effectively reach and engage with any audience.
