Pilates Classes
General - All Levels
Join Lisa’s classes designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle stage while fostering a love for fitness and wellbeing. We cater to those who wish to start or progress with their pilates journey and see some fabulous results along the way. Lisa has an Advanced Diploma in Pilates Matwork (EQF 4, accredited by REPS Ireland), which is the highest official qualification for Pilates instruction in Ireland and Europe.
Our focus in these classes is to work towards body goals along with lengthening and strengthening of muscles to create that ‘Pilates Body’ look. Posture, chronic pain, misalignments of the body can all be helped/treated too!
Pregnancy Pilates
We will work on the pelvic floor muscles and core strength along with breathing techniques in preparation for birth. A great way to meet other expectant mums and work on maintaining fitness and body goals throughout pregnancy. Safe from the very start of pregnancy right through until birth (pending medical clearance and feeling well enough to exercise)
Baby and Me Pilates
Mums and their babies (any age up until walking) are welcome to this class, from 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance to exercise and feeling ready and well enough to do so. We will work from the basics, to strengthen and reactivate core and pelvic muscles whilst working towards post baby body goals. This is also a great opportunity to find your new ‘community’ and make new pals! Some private insurance plans offer money back on these classes.
We also welcome any parent / caregiver / guardian to this class with their baby!

Athletic Therapist
Lisa has an honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training & Therapy, from Dublin City University. Her knowledge lies within preventing, assessing, treating and rehabilitating injuries or chronic issues.
One to Pilates Sessions or Private Groups
Discover the transformative power of a strong, balanced body. Lisa offers one to one sessions in your own home which may suit those who want a more tailored and private experience. Suitable for those recovering from injury, dealing with chronic or acute pain, pre/postpartum or those on a specific fitness journey.
Media, Events, Speaker
Lisa worked in the Irish modelling + media scene for over 15 years and has professional training and experience in TV, Radio, Shoots, Events and Public Speaking.
Lisa’s extensive media experience, in front of Lens and behind the scenes, combined with her knowledge and passion for the human body, movement, health, wellness, family life and fitness allows her to effectively reach and engage with any audience.
